At Royal Look, we take pride in offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery (Tashkent Orders Only)

For deliveries within Tashkent, customers have the opportunity to inspect the product upon receipt. If the product does not meet expectations, it may be returned immediately to the delivery driver before accepting the order.

• Once the order is accepted by the customer, no returns or refunds will be possible.

3. Exceptions

Returns and refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The product is incorrect (does not match the order).

In such cases, the customer must notify us immediately at +998 7727 18818 or return the item directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
