3. Quality & Condition of Products

• All products sold by Royal Look undergo quality control before shipment.
• We do not sell used, damaged, or defective products.
• Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the product. If any damage is found, the item must be returned immediately to the delivery driver before acceptance.
• Once the product is accepted by the customer, Royal Look is no longer responsible for any damages, and no refunds or returns will be granted.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in UZS (Uzbekistani Som) and may change without prior notice.

• Royal Look is not responsible for any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction processing fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery services to CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers in Tashkent may inspect their order upon delivery before final acceptance.

6. No Returns & No Refunds

• All sales are final. Once an order is accepted upon delivery, it cannot be returned or refunded.
• If a product is found damaged or incorrect upon delivery, the customer must immediately return it to the driver before accepting the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Royal Look is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• We are not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Royal Look and may not be used without written permission.

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Uzbekistan.
